A cafe menu the owners run themselves.
The problem
A cafe in Karwar needed a menu guests open from a table QR code, and owners who can change it without waiting on a developer.
What I built
- A fast mobile menu, and permanent QR codes that never need a reprint.
- An admin with drag-and-drop ordering for sections and dishes, photos and prices, behind Supabase Auth and row level security.
- Privacy-safe analytics: menu opens per table, dish views and top dishes, with no IP, user agent or cookies.
Stack: Next.js, Supabase, Postgres RLS, Tailwind.
What changed
- 141 items
- in 23 sections, managed by the owners
- 83 tests
- on the server actions

What the client says
“Every menu change used to mean waiting on someone else. Pradumya built a menu our guests open straight from the table, and an admin we run ourselves: new dishes, prices and photos in a minute, from a phone. We haven't needed him for a single change since.”
Your version: A small business needs its own app?
